The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA),the Department of Energy (DOE), and others will host ten webinars this month to assist state and local governments as they explore and plan climate change and clean energy efforts. The webcasts will highlight resources available to local governments and present examples of successful programs and policies implemented on the state and local level.
