As one of the largest storms of the season hits Washington D.C., Congress and DC based federal agencies will be closed on Thursday, February 13th along with many other public agencies, schools, and businesses in the greater DC area. The storm is expected to dump four to eight inches of snow on Washington overnight followed by sleet and freezing rain throughout the day.
